Professional Management is about the development of a structured approach in developing a corporate culture and organisation that ensures the efficient and effective operation of the organisation and takes regard for it's most valuable asset. The people which make up the organisation and the values that each member places in their role within the organisation.

Professional Management is concerned with maintaining the processes and the human resources that support the systems on which we all depend. It is about building holistic organisations and winning corporate cultures. They are able to integrate intuition and rationality to involve the people that make up organisations and the approaches taken to selfmotivate and self-activate in a logical and co-ordinated way.

The Professional Management Special Interest Group is involved in developing a greater involvement in the process ofensuring individuals,families, communities and companies are able to participate in the improvement of their surroundings
